Shipping Policy

We carefully pack and ship orders from Cauldron & Cure L.L.C. to your destination.

Processing time: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2-3 business days. Processing time is separate from the carrier’s delivery time. If we expect a longer delay, we’ll contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery: Available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. You’ll receive tracking information when it’s available for your order.

Shipping address: Please check your address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at witch@cauldronandcure.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee an address change once an order has shipped.

Missing or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged or tracking says it was delivered but you can’t find it, contact us at witch@cauldronandcure.com with your order number and, for damage, photos of the packaging and items. We’ll review the issue and help with next steps.
